University of Rochester

The University of Rochester’s Multicultural Visitation Program (MVP) brings together high school seniors from diverse backgrounds to experience Rochester on a more personal level.

Members of the University’s community come from different geographical areas, represent differences in ethnicities, religious beliefs, values, socioeconomic backgrounds, and points of view; they may be physically different, have different intellectual interests, or have disabilities. Rochester welcomes such differences and helps students thrive in an equally diverse environment.

MVP will take place Sunday, November 10–Tuesday, November 12. Learn more about the program, financial support, and application details at enrollment.rochester.edu/multicultural-visitation-program.

Apply by Sunday, October 6.

If you have any questions, please contact us at mvp@rochester.eduor (585) 275-3221.

Sincerely,

Catherine Lewis, DMA
Associate Director, School and Community Relations

About Colleges That Change Lives

Colleges That Change Lives (CTCL) began as a loose collaboration among the 40 schools profiled in Loren Pope's classic book, Colleges That Change Lives. For over 20 years, our programs have given thousands of students and parents guidance in their college search. In 1996, the colleges and universities formed a non-profit organization to keep Loren’s message alive – the college search should be about finding a list of colleges that are a good academic, social, and financial fit. The non-profit has 45 member colleges and universities; each member institution has been profiled in at least one version of the book. Learn more
