Colorado State University is one of the world’s top research universities and a leader in cancer research, atmospheric science, animal science, climate change, forest, wildlife, and water management, and engineering.
In 2019, CSU broke a record by generating nearly $400 million in research expenditures, a growth of almost $100 million over the past decade. The money funds important projects like forecasting hurricanes, exploring livestock immune systems, and developing a human vaccine for the fatal Rift Valley fever virus.
